Aspire Allergy & Sinus

2 stars is generous. The ladies at the front desk were not checking my online paperwork for insurance info or verifying what they needed to collect for a copay. Instead, they were whispering among themselves and gossiping. Only when I asked what I’d need to pay, was I asked to pay the specialty copay. The examination itself seemed to be alright. When I got my EOB however they billed $500 to my insurance for a general medical services code instead of using a specialty code. Therefore, I overpaid on the copay for $15. Not a big deal but their billing department says it’ll take 90-120 days to refund my card.

The entire staff at Aspire Allergy in Cedar Park are the best! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and never feel rushed or leave without all my questions answered. I have been seeing Crystal Salazar and team for allergy treatments. Crystal is thorough to make sure which plan is best for me. She and her team make you feel comfortable and make your time there pleasant and they have great sense of humor... I highly recommend Aspire Allergy!

I have been a patient for about 4weeks and, I am so grateful that my pulmonologist referred me to Aspire Allergy&Sinus, due to my continuous allergies, sinus, and now asthma. I have been having multiple sinus infections for many years and those issues have ever been resolved. So, after been tested at Aspire Alleges Sinus it has been determined that my allergies are do to many allergens in the air. So, with my sinus and allergies issues, my asthma has caused me to become asthmatic, and with potential life threatening conditions without proper treatments. I will say that guidance and treatment plan that Crystal Salazar MPAS, PA-C has come up with , has me on the right track.🙏 I am very thankful for Crystal Salazar MPAS, PA-C for the endless time spent on my condition and going extra mile with all the follow up calls to check on my well being, and not to mention accepting text messages regarding my condition. The staff at Aspire do go the extra mile insuring the patient with the latest treatment /medication /scheduling to help with your condition. So, I would recommend those who are suffering with Allergies/sinus/asthma, please give Aspire Allergy Sinus a call.

I purchased 3 years of allergy drops to reduce my allergies. The physician explained how important it is for me to take the drops every morning and every night. When the drops run out, I'm supposed to receive another vial in the mail. This is where the problem comes in. I can never get my refill drops! I call and follow up, call again, leave messages and beg. I show proof of my purchase, call, follow up and beg some more. After 30-45 days from the time I run out, I finally get my refill drops and when the refill ends, I go through the same process, again! This last time, I was told that they would send my drops directly to the office to prevent this from happening (I had already been out of my drops for over a week). That was on 9/1. I just followed up to see if they had them ready for me to pick up. Everyone just gave me excuses and pointed the blame toward someone else. Meanwhile, I'm left with 2 years of treatment, paid for in full, but no refill on my drops. Aspire readily takes your money then purposely makes the drop refill process so tedious and frustrating, with the hope that you finally just give up! I just want what I was sold - nothing more, nothing less. My experience is that Aspire cares far more about getting your money than actually helping their patients reduce their allergies.

We’ve been working with Aspire for almost 5 years now…I can’t believe it’s been that long! It started out as food testing for our daughter because we had poorly-done testing in Michigan where we used to live. Not only did we get official answers, but we were able to start our daughter on OIT right away and eventually fully desensitized to her food allergies. We’ve worked with them for all our family’s environmental allergies, and now are working very closely to figure out our newest baby’s food allergy situation. I’ve spoken to so many friends and family who do not get optimal allergy treatment at different allergy centers, and it shows. They’re given conflicting and incomplete info and aren’t given solid answers and clear paths toward allergy freedom. Aspire is the only allergy center that I know of that is completely on top of all the most recent research and findings and the best ways to treat allergies: food and environmental. They’re also incredibly well versed in related areas so that if they can notice something going on that is out of their expertise, they will immediately send you to a medical professional who can help. I hate that we have to deal with so much allergy stuff, but having Aspire professionals on our team makes it feel manageable and hopeful.
